This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs returns, exchanges, replacements, and refund mechanisms for VitaCardex dietary supplement products purchased through our direct sales channels when they become available, excluding third-party retailers whose policies control those transactions. By purchasing, you acknowledge this Policy and agree to follow its procedures unless mandatory consumer statutes in your jurisdiction provide greater protections that cannot be waived.

1. Cooling-off and general eligibility

For most U.S. domestic consumers, you may request a return of unopened bottles within fourteen (14) calendar days after the carrier records delivery, provided tamper-evident seals remain intact and the batch identifier matches our shipment logs. Opened bottles are generally not eligible for hygiene and product integrity reasons except under the defect rules in Section 5. Trial-size promotional units may carry shorter windows disclosed at checkout.

If you reside in jurisdictions imposing longer statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts, the longer period applies to the extent it is non-waivable, provided you comply with local notification formalities.

2. How to start a return

  1. Email contact@khivaronquebl.world with subject “Return Request,” including order reference, purchaser name, delivery address, and reason code (changed mind, duplicate order, gift refusal, or suspected defect).
  2. We respond within two U.S. business days with a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
  3. Package items securely in outer shipping material to minimize breakage. Include the printed RMA slip inside the parcel.
  4. Use a trackable carrier and share the tracking identifier with us. We recommend retaining proof of postage until the refund posts.

3. Condition standards

Returned units must arrive with labels readable, batch codes visible, and no evidence of intentional damage, exposure to extreme heat, or water intrusion. We photograph incoming inventory to resolve disputes. If our inspection shows the product differs from what we shipped (wrong count substituted), we escalate fraud review before issuing credit.

4. Refund methods and timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment instrument when technically feasible within seven (7) U.S. business days after warehouse receipt approval. Card networks may add settlement delays visible on your statement. If the original path is closed, we may issue store credit or paper check after identity confirmation. Original outbound shipping charges are refundable only when the error is ours (wrong item, duplicate shipment) or when law mandates.

Promotional bundles are refunded on a pro-rata basis if partial return would defeat disclosed bundle economics; we explain calculations in the resolution email.

5. Defective, damaged, or recalled products

If capsules appear discolored, desiccant is breached, or seals fail before opening, stop using the product and contact us with photos of the bottle, batch number, and purchase proof. We may arrange prepaid return labels and ship replacements or refunds at our expense. Regulatory or manufacturer recalls supersede ordinary windows; we publish notices on the Site and email affected buyers when we hold contact data.

6. Exchanges

Size or flavor exchanges are unavailable because VitaCardex has a single formulation. If you intended another product entirely, treat the request as a return and place a new order subject to stock.

7. Customs and international orders

If future programs ship outside the United States, customers bear return shipping, duties, and compliance with import restrictions. Refused international packages abandoned in customs may not qualify for refunds if carriers destroy inventory.

8. Subscription cancellations

If auto-delivery launches, you may cancel before the next charge date via account portal links or email. Cancellations do not undo shipments already processed; apply this Policy to those units.

9. Chargebacks and friendly fraud

Initiating a payment dispute before allowing us to investigate may slow replacement processing and trigger account flags. We share documentation with processors documenting delivery and communications to defend valid charges.

10. Limitations

We decline returns that risk diversion of expired, adulterated, or temperature-abused product back into commerce. Wholesale or professional purchasers may be subject to distinct contractual minimums not summarized here.

11. State-specific notices

California and certain other states grant additional warranty rights; nothing here limits implied warranty remedies where disclaimers are unconscionable. New York General Business Law provisions on deceptive practices remain enforceable by regulators independent of this Policy.

12. Recordkeeping

We retain return decision logs, photographic evidence, and carrier tracking aligned with the retention table in our Privacy Policy for fraud prevention and tax substantiation.

13. Modifications

We may adjust timeframes or procedures to reflect carrier integration changes. The version attached to your order confirmation governs unless law requires applying the updated Policy retroactively to outstanding claims.

14. Regulatory and gift scenarios

If a competent authority orders a stop-sale or relabeling for VitaCardex batches, affected customers receive proactive outreach with replacement or refund options independent of the standard fourteen-day window. Promotional gifts bundled with paid orders must be returned alongside the primary bottle when required for full credit; otherwise we may deduct the documented wholesale value of retained gift items from refunds.

15. Partial performance and subscription proration

When subscribers receive only a portion of a prepaid period before electing to cancel, we calculate refunds by multiplying the daily blended rate of the subscription by unused days, minus any nonrecoverable payment processor fees disclosed at signup. Courtesy credits may be offered instead of cash refunds when you prefer expedited resolution and accept store-credit terms in writing.

16. Inspection rights and photographic evidence

Our quality team photographs inbound return parcels, batch codes, and seal integrity. You consent to this documentation for fraud analytics. If you dispute our findings, we cooperate with neutral inspection arrangements when claim value exceeds two hundred U.S. dollars and you post a refundable inspection deposit as described in the resolution email.

17. Environmental and disposal guidance

Do not discard dietary supplements in household plumbing. Follow municipal guidance for supplement disposal when product cannot be returned due to regulatory constraints; retain proof when requesting pro-rated refunds linked to destruction orders issued by authorities.
