This Cookie Policy explains how https://khivaronquebl.world/ (“Site”) uses cookies, pixel tags, local storage, scripts, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) when you browse VitaCardex marketing pages. It complements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with the consent controls presented in the cookie banner and modal interface.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files or memory entries stored on your device when a server sends directives through your browser. They help maintain security sessions, remember language or consent states, measure traffic, and—only with your permission—support marketing relevance. Comparable technologies include HTML5 local storage, session storage, server-side tags, and software development kits embedded in mobile web views.
2. Legal framework
In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, nonessential cookies generally require consent prior to storage or access on your device (ePrivacy Directive implementations and evolving ePrivacy Regulation drafts). In the United States, certain state laws mandate transparent disclosure and opt-out rights for selling or sharing personal information via cookies for cross-context advertising. We therefore separate strictly necessary, analytics, and marketing categories and log your choices.
3. Categories we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These Cookies are essential to provide the Site, honor your cookie decisions, authenticate administrative sessions, balance server load, enforce rate limits, and remember cart or form progress when such features are active. They cannot be disabled through our banner because disabling them would break core functionality or security. Legal bases include GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in secure service delivery and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(b) contract performance.
3.2 Functional preferences
When offered, preference Cookies remember interface choices such as collapsed sections, high-contrast themes, or saved region. They activate only after you interact with customization features and remain proportionate to those preferences.
3.3 Analytics
Analytics Cookies help us understand aggregate traffic, navigation paths, scroll depth, error frequencies, and approximate device categories supporting VitaCardex content improvements. Where required, we deploy such tags only after you enable the analytics toggle. We instruct vendors to shorten IP addresses at collection or promptly after, respect “Do Not Track” industry norms when standardized, and avoid re-identification beyond reporting dashboards.
3.4 Marketing
Marketing Cookies may measure ad conversions, build suppression lists, frequency-cap creative exposure, or attribute affiliate referrals when we run paid campaigns. They are off by default for visitors who reject nonessential Cookies or ignore the banner until making a choice. Under some U.S. state laws, sharing personal information through marketing pixels may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; we treat the marketing toggle as an opt-out mechanism where required.
4. Cookie table (representative)
Exact names may vary by deployment version. The retention periods below reflect defaults unless you clear storage earlier.
- vcdx_cookie_prefs (local storage): stores JSON consent snapshot; necessary; twelve months rolling.
- session_id (HTTP-only cookie): secures server sessions when authentication exists; necessary; browser session.
- csrf_token: mitigates cross-site request forgery on forms; necessary; session or twenty-four hours.
- _ga / _gid (if analytics enabled): pseudonymous identifiers for Google Analytics or similar; analytics; up to twenty-four months per vendor configuration.
- _fbp / fr (if marketing enabled): Meta pixel identifiers when campaigns run; marketing; up to ninety days typical.
5. Similar technologies in email
Marketing emails may contain tracking pixels that signal when messages are opened or links are clicked. You can disable automatic image loading in many mail clients to limit this behavior or unsubscribe via the footer link once email programs launch.
6. Consent lifecycle
When you click “Accept all,” we set consent flags authorizing analytics and marketing Cookies until withdrawal. “Reject” blocks nonessential Cookies while still allowing strictly necessary ones. “Cookie settings” opens granular controls; strictly necessary switches remain locked on. Saving preferences updates storage timestamps for accountability evidence. You may reopen choices by clearing Site storage or contacting us for manual resets.
7. Withdrawing consent
Use browser settings to delete Cookies and local storage. Industry opt-out pages such as the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance provide additional tools in participating regions. Note that clearing Cookies may log you out or erase saved carts.
8. Data sharing and subprocessors
Analytics or marketing vendors process limited personal data under agreements requiring confidentiality, international transfer safeguards, and assistance with data subject requests. Names and purposes appear in our Privacy Policy vendor schedule and may include hosting providers, tag management platforms, and advertising partners.
9. Security
Consent logs are stored with access restricted to privacy and engineering staff. We monitor for unauthorized tag injections and subscribe to content security policies on production environments.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use behavioral advertising Cookies on audiences we know to be under sixteen.
11. Updates
We revise this Policy when tagging practices, vendors, or laws change. Significant updates may trigger a renewed consent prompt for EEA/UK visitors.
12. Global Privacy Control and browser signals
Where legally required, we treat approved Global Privacy Control or similar user-enabled signals as requests to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, subject to authentication in logged-in contexts. Because static landing pages may not yet parse every signal automatically, email confirmation remains a reliable parallel channel.
13. Google Analytics and Consent Mode
If Google Analytics or comparable platforms are enabled after consent, we may use consent mode parameters to default disallowed pings until accept, preventing persistent identifiers from initializing. Tag Manager containers are configured so marketing tags require the marketing toggle.
14. Cookie wall considerations
We do not condition essential service access on consenting to analytics or marketing Cookies; refusal of optional Cookies still allows you to read VitaCardex information and submit forms, though we may not be able to personalize repeat visits without necessary preference storage.
15. Employee training
Staff with deployment access undergo annual privacy training covering distinction between consent, legitimate interest, and contractual necessity, plus escalation paths for unauthorized tag requests.
16. Contact
For questions about Cookies or to request a machine-readable record of your consent, email contact@khivaronquebl.world with subject “Cookie Inquiry” or write to the postal address above.
